Qigong Workshop
Six Healing Sounds

Participants in this workshop will learn the basics of Five element theory, the Six sounds and the appropriate movements that correspond with the sounds.

Each sound and movement releases unwanted emotional energy from specific organs and allow us to grow desirable emotional energy.

These exercises are performed sitting in a chair. No experience is necessary to attend.

A handout will be given explaining the movements and corresponding relationships.

Rich Marantz will be facilitating this workshop.

He has over 20 years experience in the Chinese healing, martial and meditative arts.
